Enjoy the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens, which incorporates a covered barbecue area, solar heated lagoon style swimming pool, spa and floodlit tennis courts. Studio Apartments - Equipped with zip king or 2 x single beds, pay television, DVD players, microwave, kitchenette facilities with either a private balcony or courtyard. One Bedroom Apartments - Feature a separate bedroom with queen sized bed, spacious lounge/dining area with pay television and DVD player, fully self contained kitchen and private balcony or courtyard. Cleaning - Units are not serviced daily, however, for stays of 8 nights or more a service will be provided. The resort is fully equipped with laundry facilities for your use. All rooms are non-smoking and should you choose to smoke in the room an additional cleaning charge of $300 will be levied.

Check-In and Check-Out Times - Check-in time is from 2.00pm to 5.00pm on the date of your arrival. If arriving later than 5.00 pm please contact our office, 1 day prior to arrival, to organise an out office hours check-in. Check-out time is 1000am.

Note
Deposit - A deposit must be received immediately to confirm your booking at Byron Beachcomber Resort. Full/Final payment or balance is payable one month prior to arrival.

Cancellations
Low/Holiday season: Up to 14 days prior to check-in partial loss of deposit.
Within 14 days of arrival all of your deposit will be forfeited.
High season: 30 days prior to check-in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations after check in will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
