Located, only a very short walk from the 'Perisher Centre' in which there are plenty of kiosks and quality gift shops to browse through. The hotel is surrounded by snow throughout most of the winter, and all dining and lounge areas have wonderful views of the mountain and surrounding areas. Our hotel is directly opposite the ski tube terminal in Perisher Valley. Please note that we offer a porter service for luggage from the ski tube to reception on Sundays only. Please make advance arrangements for early or late evening arrivals into the undercover car park.
Check in Time is 3pm, however we welcome guests to arrive earlier to our hotel and store luggage in our baggage area, change and go skiing.
Check out time is 10am, again we invite guest to take advantage of our shower and change facilities and enjoy a full day's skiing on departure day.

Mountain View Rooms
The signature rooms with north facing front valley views. With king size bed or 2 singles, television, fridge and private bathroom our mountain view rooms are comfortably and fashionably furnished. Mt Perisher, the Village 8 Chair and the view to North Perisher are framed by your full glass fronted room. You have the front row seats for the new day’s activities from under the doona with a morning cup of tea!
Studio Rooms
Perfect for families – each studio room has a microwave and fridge, crockery and cutlery, private bathroom, television and heating. The bedding is a king bed and double bunk for a family of 4. A Studio Family room has king bed, single bed and double bunk for a family of 5.
Studio Suites
Two interconnecting studio rooms. Main bedroom has king bed, bathroom, television, kitchenette and dining table. 2nd bedroom with television and private bathroom has either 2 single beds for families of 4, or 4 singles or a bunk for families of 5 or 6. Rate includes dinner and breakfast daily.
Courtyard Rooms
The Courtyard rooms have private bathroom, fridge, television and tea and coffee making facilities. With a queen pull down (Murphy bed) and two singles they are a great room for 3 adults to share in comfort and for a value price. A Courtyard king room, just for two, has king bed, private bathroom, television, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities offering a spacious, comfortable and great value room for the keen skier.

Clancy's Dining Room
Clancy's dining room serves a four course dinner of soup, entree, choice of mains, sweets and tea and coffee. Breakfast is a fully cooked buffet. Dinner and breakfast are included in the tariff. If you have special dietary requirements, please notify the hotel prior to arrival.
Bar
The hotel has two bars, with open fires. The Overflow bar has pool tables and a dart board, regular entertainment nights and wonderful views from Front Valley to Mt Perisher. Watch the sun set after your day’s skiing and catch up with news and views from the locals, watch the footy from our big screen televisions or enjoy a cold beer before your wonderful evening meal.
Banjo's Bar, our guest bar, is cosy and intimate. Let our talented bar staff mix your favourite cocktail, catch up with world events in the daily newspapers or log in to the internet. Make sure our Maitre’d has a romantic table ready for a sumptuous dinner and ask the barman to chill a bottle of crisp white wine or slip the cork from a hearty red.

Kids Club
With Ski School taking care of the children during the daylight hours, our child minders will look after them each evening. Our Kid's Dinner runs from 6 - 9 pm in a special Mezzanine dining room. The children have a meal, then are supervised for craft or drawing, perhaps watching a video or playing games, while Mum and Dad can enjoy a romantic dinner, a glass of wine and conversation.
Kid's dinner is for 0 to 10 year olds, and is included in the tariff, or free for the infants. We also have a teenage lounge, with pool table, table tennis and video games for those too grown up for Kid's club.
Kids club runs every night through June, July and September. Please note: we do not operate a supervised evening programme during August.
Gym
We have a steam room, gym and resident masseur at the Man. So after a great days skiing, give your body a treat with a remedial massage followed by a relaxing deep steam.
Car Parking
Parking in the undercover gargage
The Man from Snowy River hotel offers undercover parking for our guests. Drive along Kosciuszko Road and enjoy the luxury of parking on site with direct internal access to the hotel. There is a fee for parking and space is limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Note: You may leave your vehicle below the snowline at the Bullocks Flat overnight car park (no parking fee, no park entry fee, snow chains do not have to be carried) and travel via Skitube (during July and August luggage restrictions using Skitube may apply for certain times).
Jindabyne or the Sawpit Creek Car Park (no parking fee, park entry fee applies if using Sawpit Creek, snow chains have to be carried if proceeding beyond Sawpit Creek). Transfers from here to Perisher must be pre-booked.
Location
If flying in to Canberra or Cooma coach or limousine transfers can be arranged to Jindabyne with a transfer to perisher valley. Located in the centre of Perisher Blue Ski Resort, only a very short walk from the 'Perisher Centre' in which there are plenty of kiosks and quality gift shops to browse through. The Man From Snowy River hotel is just 200 metres from the lifts and only 20 metres from the Ski Tube train terminal, which departs every 20mins to Blue Cow.
