Dining
In the morning enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere of the Gallery Restaurant
with the full buffet breakfast to fill you up for a hard day on the slopes.
The Gallery Restaurant is situated in the Marritz Alpine Inn and has become
renowned for its fine cuisine, fine wine, and fine table service.
Over the years the Marritz have managed to acquire top class chefs who have
taken the menu to a level that is now first class. They offer Australian
Cuisine which can be accompanied by our very good range of fine wines from
all over Australia. Guests at the Marritz enjoy a 3 course gourmet meal with
their accommodation each night so they get to sample the menu first hand,
but we also encourage outside guests to book and enjoy the ambience of the
open fire, good wine and excellent service.
