Falls Creek is located in North East Victoria approximately 350 kilometres / 4.5 hours from Melbourne.
The road to Falls Creek is safe and cleared of snow constantly, chains are rarely fitted. Carrying chains, however is compulsory regardless of the weather conditions. Chains can be hired at Ski Shops and Service Stations in Mt Beauty.
