The complex consists of 15 architecturally designed, two-storey townhouses, ideally suited for couples, families, or business guests. Luxuriously spacious with natural timber and terracotta floors, the bright, contemporary interiors throughout compliment the seaside atmosphere. Two of the townhouses consist of one bedroom with spa while nine have two bedrooms, some with spas, all with softened water. The remaining four houses have three bedrooms and two bathrooms with roller door garage. All houses have a spacious open living/dining room and lounge equipped with stereo/radio/cd sound system. A television and video player is also included while all telephones are connected with data port facilities. Master bedrooms have a queen-sized bed or twin bed with built-in robes. Larger apartments have an additional bedroom with two double bunks. Each townhouse has its own balcony with great views of the bay and islands, and each has outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque facing northeast. All houses have laundry facilities with access to privately fenced landscaped gardens which provides ideal recreational opportunities. Esperance Mini Golf -Open all school holidays -10am-4pm. Jolly Jalopy hire is now available for hire. Great family fun!! Golf - Esperance has two grass, 18 hole courses for the avid golfer to enjoy. The Pink Lake Country Club is located on Nicholson Drive, and the Esperance Golf Club is located on Dickenson Rd. Kepwari Wetland Walk Trails - Only a 5 min drive from Esperance. The one-way trail is 3.6km long and is designed to be a learning experience. There are two bird hides located along the trail so visitors can observe the water birds.

Lake Monjingup - Located about 10 minutes drive from Esperance on the South Coast Highway. Lake Monjingup is a great place to relax and have a picnic, walk, view the birds and plants. Gas barbecues available.

Adventure Playground - Do you have young children looking for something to do? Try the Adventure Playground located on the Esplanade next to the Taylor Street Tearooms.

Bay of Isles Leisure Centre - Facilities include 25m heated indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, spas, sauna, fitness centre, function and meeting rooms, Creche, cafe/kiosk, sports hall and public disabled restrooms/showers.

Cannery Arts Centre - The Cannery Arts centre is the premier exhibition space in Esperance. The centre has a program of touring exhibitions, studios, arts and craft shop where locally made items can be viewed and purchased in an environment of unique historical interest.

Dalyup River Winery - Located in the picturesque Dalyup River Valley. This winery, the only one in the region, offers a range of red and white wines for the wine connoisseur. The winery is open from September to April on weekends and public holidays from 10am to 4pm.

Esperance Aquarium - One of Australia’s most unique boutique Aquariums featuring a touch pool. Follow through our discovery trail. Exhibits include- hand feeding Southern Ocean fish.

Hellfire Gallery - Hellfire Gallery is located east of Esperance on Tyrell Road. A large collection of local and WA art and sculpture can be viewed in the delightful gallery. Telegraph Farm - Located 21km west of Esperance on Telegraph Rd, both exotic and native flora and fauna can be seen . Deer, Buffalo, Llamas, Emus, Kangaroos and Camels can all be seen co-existing. Enjoy a light lunch or Devonshire tea in the farm style Restaurant.
