Main bedroom has a queen size bed, with French doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the river, a walk in robe and private ensuite, with co-ordinated furnishings to create that feeling of luxury. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with separate French doors opening onto the extensive balcony overlooking the river, again with co-ordinated furnishings which all add to that special feeling of luxury.
Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed for the kids or guest/s. Fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine, separate dining room large lounge room, with television, VCR/DVD and stereo system, with French doors opening out to the balcony. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.

Blue Gum
The 7m x 3m balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner
or a late afternoon drink whilst taking in the views and sounds of the river
below. The lounge room has television with VCR/DVD and stereo system, eat
in area and a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the river, plus
internal laundry with washing machine and reverse cycle air conditioning
throughout.
The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with the main bedroom featuring
a magnificent queen size bed, and bedroom 2 is ideally appointed with a
trundle. This cabin is ideal for a family of 4.
Location of Elm Cottages
From Sydney to Tumut - take the Hume Highway south, through Goulburn, Yass
and toward Gundagai. When arriving at Gundagai bypass the first two exits
cross the bridge and take the South Gundagai/Tumut exit with the Shell
Service Station. Travel time approx 4½ to 5 hours.
From Melbourne to Tumut - take the Hume Highway north to Albury approx. 3½ hours. Travel through Albury and continue along the Hume Highway through
to Holbrook and Tarcutta, then take the Adelong and Tumut turn off approx
20 kilometres north of Tarcutta.
Travel time approx 5-5½ hours.
From Canberra to Tumut - travel the Barton Highway to Yass. On reaching the
outskirts of Yass take the by-pass to Gundagai which joins up with the Hume
Highway. Travel time approx 2- 2½ hours.
From Tumut - on reaching Tumut continue along the Snow Mountains highway
towards Cooma, passing the City Centre of Tumut and the sports ground. Take
a left hand turn into Tumut Plains Road (BP on right) and after crossing a
one lane heritage bridge, take the next left into Little River Road. Travel
7.6 kilometres until you reach the bridge crossing the Goobarragandra River.
Take the dirt road to your right (do not cross bridge) and travel 1.5
kilometres along the dirt road to Elm Cottage.
