Airlie Beach is a picturesque cove with the main street running parallel to the beach and encompassed by a semicircular shaped hill facing out to the ocean and the Whitsunday islands. Toscana Village is a family orientated holiday resort featuring spacious well equipped self catering apartments in a pretty Tuscan inspired garden setting. Offering good value, luxury holiday accommodation, we cater primarily for couples and families who prefer a quieter family atmosphere with proximity to the local attractions, lagoon, beach, shops and restaurants.

Accommodation at Toscana Resort Airlie Beach

Toscana Resort comprises of four blocks of apartments built around meandering pathways leading to the pools tiered on three levels towards the back section of the resort. Pretty Tuscan gardens dotted with large urns and water features create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere as you walk through the pathways to the pools. The elegantly appointed two and three bedroom apartments accommodate up to eight persons. Every apartment has its own private balcony with outdoor setting for entertaining or that quiet wine. Enjoy the panoramic views over the village to the boats bobbing in the bay, the azure colour of the Coral Sea out to the Whitsunday islands and beyond.

Each apartment has its own private lock up garage located directly below the apartment. There are also some extra guest parking bays available for the boat or if your family has a second car.

Toscana Apartments - Airlie Beach
One Bedroom Apartments - The one bedroom apartment is the two bedroom apartment with no access to the second bedroom and bathroom. So they are identical apartments except for this sleeping arrangement.

These one bedroom elegantly appointed villas come fully self contained with all the comforts of home. They are spacious, light and airy, making you feel instantly at home. The lounge / dining area is cooled with split cycle air-conditioner and ceiling fans to provide a pleasant cool indoor climate.

Two Bedroom Apartments - The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample storage space and an ensuite. It has split cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has either a private Juliette balcony or a link to the main spacious balcony, all with stunning views of the Coral Sea and beyond. The second bedroom has twin beds and good storage facilities. It also has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a main bathroom which services this bedroom. Most two bedroom apartments will accommodate an extra person by utilizing a convertible sofa in the lounge.

While each apartment has its own laundry with large washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, we are also more than happy to organise a pickup and delivery laundry service for you.

For convenience, you will want to make use of the villa's professionally designed kitchen which comes fully equipped with kettle, toaster, wall oven and separate grill, ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit and full size two-door fridge. The ample storage space reveals all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you will require should you decide to take advantage of the vast range of local seafood and tropical produce to create your own exotic dishes. Serve your culinary creations on the private balcony and enjoy magnificent sunsets over the blue waters of the Whitsundays - or for a more formal dining setting, the villa interior dining area will seat up to six people.

Three Bedroom Apartments -The three bedroom villas are spacious, light and airy with a large lounge/ dining area, kitchen, laundry, large private balcony, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin bedding. An extra person can be accommodated by utilising the convertible sofa in the lounge area. All bedrooms have good sized storage wardrobes.

The dining and the living areas and the two queen bedrooms are air-conditioned with split cycle to ensure each individual’s comfort requirements. These rooms also have ceiling fans as does the third twin bedroom. The master bedroom ensuite has a walk in shower and the main bathroom comes with a full sized bathtub.

While each apartment has its own laundry facilities with large washing machine, dryer laundry tub, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, we are happy to arrange laundry pick up and delivery for you.

Although on holiday, you may wish to utilize the professionally designed kitchen. It comes fully equipped with all the convenient amenities of wall oven with separate grill, four ceramic hot plates, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit, kettles, toaster and large fridge/freezer. The ample storage space reveals all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you will require to serve a casual meal on your private balcony, while enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the Coral Sea or present a fine dining experience for six guests in the more formal interior dining area.

At night sit back with a cold ale from our in-house selection and delight in the fairytale lights of the village below or get engrossed in one of the many documentary or movie programmes offered in-house free of charge through the Austar network.

Some of the villas also have a private roof top terrace. These have superb views over the whole village and out to the ocean. Two of the units have utilized their private roof top space to put a hot tub. These apartments have all the facilities of the two bedroom villas. We have a special Honeymoon suite which has an internal spa bath in the two way bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The apartment is located at the front of the building above reception and has magical views over the village and out towards the islands.

Private Rooftop Hot Tub (Optional extra on booking)
Choose a one or two bedroom apartment and have the option to add - exclusive use of the private hot tub located on the top of the building. Relax in your private roof top balcony and spa. Close to the stars and sky you will feel like you are in heaven while you enjoy magical views over Airlie Beach to the Whitsundays islands. It’s a honeymoon favourite.

Conditions: Due to their location they are only available when booking a one or two bedroom apartment. Minimum stay/hire is 3 nights

Pools at Toscana
Toscana Village Resort features four pools on cascading levels so you can always choose a spot to hide away from the crowds (or the kids)! The deep blue pool which greets you invitingly as you enter the resort has wonderful views over the boat dotted bay out towards the Whitsunday islands.

The top level on the more private pools located at the back of the resort features a turbo pool which noiselessly shoots two jets of gently agitating water. There is a tier of seating around the inside of the pool ideal for relaxing and chatting with new friends. A cascading waterfall drops to the second level deep plunge pool. A shady area with lounge chairs beside the pool makes an ideal spot for a quiet read.

The lower level has a shallow bubbling pond area ideal for the little ones and graduates to a deeper area for the not so little ones. A shady barbecue area is located on this lower back pool deck.

Golden Orchid Drive is perfectly located on the inner edge of this rim - just 200 metres to the beach and main street restaurants but with the elevation to enjoy the panoramic views.
