Tours include: all applicable entrance fees, sleeping bags/camping equipment or hotel accommodation, and all meals, so there are no extra charges along the way. Note: sleeping bags not included in Western Australia camping

Participating in your Safaris adventure with Connections - All of our campsites in the Northern Territory consist of permanent, canvas tents which means there is no hard work or setting up on our safaris. However, the success of the tour relies on the participation of all the passengers to help with food preparation, dish washing, collecting firewood etc. The interactive nature of our safaris is a key component to getting more in touch with nature and the Australian culture.

Safari Meals - Meals are typically provided while on tour from lunch day one, until lunch on the final day however this can vary between regions. We endeavour to cater for special dietary requirements, however some diets may require you to provide your own food. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your special needs and refer to the individual tour itineraries for exact details on the meal inclusions.

Pick up/ Drop Off - Please refer to the specific tour pages for information on pick up and drop off details. Your personal itinerary will detail your exact pick up time - as this will vary depending on your tour. It is important that you advise us prior to travel where you are staying. Also - if returning to the same city of departure we recommend that you store any excess luggage at your hotel. Most local hotels and resorts will provide this service as space on the vehicle will be limited.

Camping Equipment provided - On all of our camping safaris in the Northern Territory with Connections Safaris, we utilise our own exclusive permanent camp sites with permanent tents already erected. These tents are hut-style tents with proper steel frame beds, sleeping sheets and sleeping bags. Each Connections permanent campground is equipped with full shower and toilet facilities.

Camp equipment in Western Australia is also supplied (with the exception of sleeping bags). These tours are more participatory, and involve erecting your own tents and sleeping on swags (bed rolls).
