At Yelverton Brook Luxury Eco Spa Retreat you have the choice of one and two bedroom cottages:

One Bedroom

The one bedroom cottages feature: verandahs across the front of the cottage, stone finish, carport under the main roof, leadlight entrance door and leadlights each side of your queen size 4 poster bed - featuring local native flora and fauna. Heated bathroom flooring for the cooler months means no more damp bathmats! There is a covered pergola for easy access from your bathroom to your private large "Hydro Therapy Massage Spa" with 11 jets. Solid Rubberwood timber furniture which is eco friendly by the recycling of the trees that were previously burnt after latex production had finished are now turned into laminated panels and are created into beautiful furniture, which is lightweight and stronger than pine. Plantation Pine is used for the 4 poster bed which is made in Perth, Western Australia.

You will find your bathrobes in the mirrored wardrobes. The outside light under the pergola has a 2 way switch for your convenience from the bedroom or bathroom. Heating and cooling is provided by reverse cycle air-conditioning. You will find 2 sofas to relax on, one is a sofa bed so the 1 bedroom chalets can sleep up to 4 in comfort. CD players, television, video player with some complimentary videos for your enjoyment, a range of magazines, novels, board games, jigsaw, massage sheet, boules to play on the lawn the list goes on.

Your kitchen is fully equipped from a tablespoon to plunger coffee pot, toothpicks to alfoil, teapot and cosy to casserole bowls, olive oil for the gas barbeque, microwave, full size gas stove and large 330lt fridge/freezer. The benchtops are solid Spotty Jarrah timber slabs recycled from a fallen tree that was going to be used for firewood! Recycling of your rubbish is encouraged by special bins and a chicken bucket. All the chalets feature energy efficient light globes, water saving shower heads, good insulation and solar design. American Outdoor spas were chosen for there water saving and low energy consumption. Plus the wonderful experience of having a spa beneath the wonderous southern star filled skies!

The bathroom is equipped with bathmat, hand towel and face flannel, spare toilet rolls, band-aids, suntan cream, deodorant, cotton buds and balls, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, bodywash, razor, 2 pair of house slippers and a non-slip mat for the shower if required.

Whatever the weather your new "Hydro Therapy Massage Spas" are ready to use anytime night or day, no waiting for the spa to fill and heat, just unlock and remove the covers and slip into the water to past your shoulders and enjoy gazing up at the wondrous southern star filled skies together. They can seat up to 6 and feature ozonators to maintain a eco friendly environment and reduce chemical usage. They offer you a relaxing lounge seat with a jet for your upper back and feet, one corner has neck jets and the other has lower back massage jets. They are approximately 2 metres square in size.

Two Bedroom Chalet

Crafted by a craftsman the two bedroom cottages offer you hand made solar dried mudbricks and some natural timbers, some from our own property. Sheoak features in the laminated benchtops with Jarrah trim, coffee table and microwave shelf, pine panelling is over the front windows and featuring on the bathroom wall. The rafters are of Oregon and the main glue laminated beam is facing due north for the best solar orientation. There is a bedroom on each wing with a queen bed in each room furnished with beautiful Muslin linen, a lace canopy or sheer curtains are over the bed, a large mirror is on the wall (only in the main room presently). Designer bathrobes await you to truly relax after that spa experience (extra spa towels are also provided). These chalets have a slow combustion wood fire for the cooler months, they are fully insulated with curtains in the bedrooms and reflective vertical blinds in the living area. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is available in each chalet. Your wood fire has wood ready for you in the winter months with firelighters and matches. These wood fires are very efficient and once the mudbricks warm up the chalets are lovely and warm.

You will find 3 sofas to relax on with cushions, one is a sofa bed so the 2 bedroom chalets can sleep up to 6 in comfort. CD players, television, video player with some complimentary videos for your enjoyment, a range of magazines, novels, board games, jigsaw, massage sheet, Boules to play on the lawn the list goes on. Bird and flower identification books are supplied.

The spas are 2 metres square with a lounge seat with a upper back and feet jets, one corner has neck jets and the other has lower back massage jets for your relaxation. You can adjust the temperature to suit the weather, they are ready to use straight away - no waiting for the spa to fill just remove the covers and get in.

Yelverton Brook is set in a 100 acre Conservation Sanctuary offering you a peaceful retreat with all of modern day amenities. Local produce is stocked in your chalet with fresh milk and eggs, local paper, large range of discount vouchers and maps, a loaf of freshly baked bread with a pat of butter is delivered to you. A private in-house chef is also available, they will produce a gourmet delight for you in the privacy of your chalet and you even have the washing up done for you. Healthy Living coach and cooking classes, small private yoga classes and fabulous massages and exotic facials are also available.

Yelverton Brook is found 15 mins north of Margaret River, 15 mins south of Busselton and 15 mins from Dunsborough.

Using the Kwinana Freeway travelling southwards you will need to decide to travel either the inland route through Armadale, Byford, Pinjarra, Harvey, Brunswick, Bunbury and then to Busselton. Or the coast road via Rockingham, Mandurah, Bunbury and then onto Busselton. You are now only 15 mins using the Busselton Bypass to Yelverton Brook. The coast road is usually a quicker route but the small towns along the inland road are very interesting too. For those without a car there are also daily coach and/or rail services from Perth to all towns within the Margaret River Region.
