Accommodation
All rooms feature individual ensuites, ducted air conditioning, Edwardian
period furniture and decor, cable televisions, ceiling fans, refrigerators,
tea making facilities, CD players and internet access. All Manor Executive
rooms feature a queen size bed and single or double showers. The Manor
Suites feature king or queen size beds a spa bath or bath.
Rooms 1-3 are located on the ground floor. Rooms 4-10 are on the first
floor. All have access to their own private verandah areas through French
doors. Rooms 11 and 12, on the second floor, have panoramic views from the
Juliet in-roof balconies.

Room 1 - The Mistress's Manor Room - A ground floor suite
with French doors, grand original ceiling and fireplace and complimented
with Edwardian cedar furniture. This room was originally the Head Mistress's
office when the manor house was the North Coast Girls College in 1925.

room features a bathroom with large spa bath and separate double shower. It

Ballina Manor is located on Ballina Island , within walking distance to the
beach, shops, bay and river. Ballina has 32kms of perfect white sandy
beaches, great surfing, fantastic fishing and glorious countryside. Ballina
is a 20-minute scenic drive from Byron Bay, 1 hour south of the Gold Coast
and just 1hour direct flight from Sydney.
Directions from Brisbane
Take the South East Freeway then Pacific Highway following the signs to
Ballina. Continue into town centre (River Street). Head down towards the
river and when you get to the waterslide and pool, turn left into Norton
Street. Ballina Manor is two blocks down the road on the right hand side.
Directions from Sydney
Follow the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. Before Hornsby (at Wahroonga)
take the F3 Freeway. Travel along the freeway to the end and continue along
the Pacific Highway towards Ballina. Continue into town centre (River
Street). Head down towards the river and when you get to the waterslide and
pool, turn left into Norton Street. Ballina Manor is two blocks down the
road on the right hand side.
