When peace and quiet is what Mum and Dad desire our experienced Kids Club staff are at hand to entertain with plenty of great activities for the children. They will enjoy an array of supervised activities ranging from a treasure hunt, arts and crafts, face painting, fish/bird feeding and much, much more!!!

Our professional qualified Kids Club staff care for children from 4 to 14 years of age all year round. There is no charge for this service, it is provided to ensure everyone can enjoy all the wonders of Long Island Resort. Children will form friendships with other children affording parents the freedom to enjoy the peace and tranquillity this island paradise provides. Parents can even enjoy a quiet dinner with Kids Club catering for kids at dinner time too. In fact, the kids will be having so much fun, parents can simply disappear!

Morning session runs from 9am to 12pm
Evening session runs from 5pm to 7pm

If your child is under the age of 4years, we can organise Baby-sitting in your room for an additional charge. Baby sitting is done by off duty, professional staff in the comfort of your hotel room. Meals

All-inclusive packages ensure you enjoy 3 delicious meals daily. All meals are presented buffet style guaranteeing a wide range of tempting treats. Start your day with a beautiful breakfast buffet served from 6.30am - 10.00am. (Continental and Hot Cooked Breakfast Buffet) Enjoy a sumptuous lunch from 12.00am - 2.00pm. (Hot and Cold Selection) Seating times for Dinner commence at 6.00pm with the final seating time at 8.00pm.

Long Island Resort's dinner buffets are themed and change daily to ensure the highest quality and the freshest produce. Each evening will present a variety of new and exciting taste sensations. Complimented by a quality selection of wines and other beverages and teamed with exceptional service we ensure a complete dining experience. Our open sided restaurant allows outside/inside dining. Our experienced and professional chefs cater for most dietary requests - notice is required, please request prior to arrival.

Café Paradiso is open each day for alternative dining with a selection gourmet delights including pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and much more. This licensed Café provides a more casual dining experience. Open from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Café Paradiso has a selection of snacks and beverages at affordable prices. If the idea of a romantic picnic on a secluded beach appeals to you, you can order your picnic hamper from the café.

Location
Long Island is located within the Whitsunday's Islands group on the north eastern coast of Queensland, Australia. Access is via flight into Hamilton Island and launch transfer to Long Island or via launch transfer from Shute Harbour (via Airlie Beach) on the mainland. Transfers are also available from other Islands within the Whitsunday's.
