Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel as we commence our private journey to the Hunter Valley Region. We head out of the city and reach our morning tea stop, a unique wildlife park where you will meet native Australian animals. We then head away from the main road and travel through the National Parks to the historic town of Wollombi. Continuing over Mount View, we head into the Hunter Valley to a boutique winery for the first wine tasting experience.

The next winery we visit is our lunch destination, where a gourmet tasting experience of food and wine matching awaits. We then deliver you to your accommodation to enjoy the evening relaxing at leisure. In the morning we pick you up after a relaxed start to continue exploring the Hunter Valley. Join the Hunter Valley Wine School, enjoy a scenic hot air balloon ride, hop on a horse and carriage for a ride around the vineyards, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the many courses available (all own expense). After the morning activities, our lunch is a dining experience at Esca Restaurant, located at the award winning Bimbadgen Estate. We then continue to more wineries before commencing our return journey to Sydney after a few days of unique experiences.

Inclusions: Hotel pickup and drop off, private touring as per itinerary, morning tea and wildlife park entry, lunch x 2, wine, cheese and chocolate tastings.
Exclusions: Accommodation, beverages with meals unless stated, dinner on day 1, breakfast on day 2 (if you would like us to arrange accommodation for you, please let us know).
Departures: Daily from Sydney City Hotels. Recommended pick up at 7:30am and returns to hotels at approximately 5:30pm on the second day.
