Although this intimate retreat does not have dedicated conference facilities, it is the perfect venue for small, informal board meetings, seminars and incentives with its outdoor beachside meeting room and Entertainment Room.

Up to 42 guests can be accommodated in 21 deluxe beachfront bungalows, bures and cabins with views over the Whitsundays. And when it comes to leisure time, there's a host of activities to enjoy including swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, bushwalking and exploring the Great Barrier Reef by seaplane, helicopter, yacht or launch.

Peppers Palm Bay Weddings Set against the backdrop of turquoise water in Queensland's Whitsunday Islands, tropical gardens and National Parks, Peppers Palm Bay is the ideal wedding venue for a small, intimate wedding or even for couples wishing to elope. Catering to a maximum of 40 guests, the marriage ceremony can take place on the beach, in the garden or at the poolside. For the bride and groom wishing to surround themselves with family and friends, the retreat is available on an exclusive use basis. Choose from a variety of reception options including lunch or sunset cruises, seaplane and helicopter flights to a candlelight dinner in La Riviera restaurant. We can arrange hairdressers, beauticians, photographers, celebrants, flowers and music. The retreat is easy to access from the mainland and we can organise transfers or overnight accommodation packages for guests. Of course, with the Great Barrier Reef on our doorstep and only 21 deluxe beachfront bungalows, bures and cabins this is also the perfect escape for a romantic and secluded honeymoon in one of the most beautiful parts of Australia. Location The Whitsundays are centrally located on the Queensland coast and in the heart of the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef.

Fly into Hamilton Island Airport and transfer by helicopter or boat launch (via Shute Harbour) to Peppers Palm Bay on Long Island. Alternatively you can fly into Proserpine on Virgin or Jetstar and transfer by helicopter or seaplane direct to Peppers Palm Bay OR by bus, taxi or luxury limousine to Shute Harbour and then direct by ferry to Peppers Palm Bay using the property's own luxury vessel 'Jetstream' (approx. 20 minutes).
