Mantra Kooindah Waters Golf Course
Kooindah Waters Residential Golf Resort combines 252 architecturally designed Clarendon homes, an 18-hole championship golf course and an 84 room resort complex with full resort facilities including a day spa. Kooindah Waters provides the perfect place to unwind. Set within established landscaped grounds is the Golf Clubhouse, comprising of the golf shop, bathroom amenities, shower facilities with complimentary towels and locker room facilities.
Kooindah Waters is an 18-hole par 72 championship course, open to the public, and designed by leading golf course architect Ross Watson with design input from golf professional Craig Parry. Managed by Troon Golf, Kooindah Waters provide the highest level of service and quality in all aspects, from course conditioning to practice facilities and the clubhouse amenities.
Divided into three distinct character precincts, the course has been designed to be a “thinking golfer’s course” where accuracy, ball placement and imagination are the keys to scoring well. Sleeper retaining walls and bunkering are used to provide a “rustic” feel with a feature of the layout being the island green on the par 3, 17th hole. Practice facilities include - four nets, chipping and putting green.

Getting to Mantra Kooindah Waters Golf and Spa Resort
Located between the major centres of Sydney (40 minutes) and Newcastle, (one hour) the Central Coast is easily accessible to visitors. The region is serviced by the F3 freeway and a number of bus lines travel this route on a regular basis. Alternatively hire a car, and enjoy the drive to your destination. Coach transfers are also available from either the Sydney or Newcastle airport and a regular train service runs from the central train stations in each city.
By Car: Take the Newcastle-Sydney freeway (F3).Take the Wyong Exit. From Sydney turn Right off exit onto Wyong Road. From Newcastle turn left off exit onto Wyong Road. Follow Road until you get to a roundabout which vears to left hand side. Follow this road all the way until you see Wyong Train Station on your right hand side. When coming up to the station into Wyong, at the 2nd set of lights there will be a right hand turn onto a small bridge towards the Wyong Race Course. Turn Right, and follow road around until you get to an intersection. Turn right onto Warner Avenue. Follow road and take 2nd left onto Pollock Avenue. Follow until you get to a roundabout which has a sign ‘Kooindah Waters’. Turn right at roundabout and follow road all the way to the end.
