The Vineyard View Rooms

These rooms are very modern and located to take full advantage of their position on a gentle ridge overlooking the Tempus Two Vineyard and Brokenback ranges. The rooms are air-conditioned, luxury four star rated and feature stylish oversized guestrooms. The queen sized bed with fluffy white doonas, full bath and bathroom, two-seater lounge, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, television, hair dryer, iron and ironing boards, undercover parking and personal courtyard all ensure an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday at the Tuscany Wine Estate.

A full window wall allows the total vista of the magnificent Tempus Two vineyard and the Brokenback Ranges "almost into your room" providing a most unique, relaxing and romantic experience.

The Olive Grove Rooms

These rooms are a large room with queen sleigh bed, 2 comfortable cane chairs and a 2 and half seater lounge (inner spring sofa bed, often used as twin/family rooms), overlooking an open grassed area onto our pool, dam and bushland setting through a line of young Olive trees. All rooms are air-conditioned and include full bath, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, television, hair dryer, iron and ironing boards and are 4 star rated. With fluffy doona's and European pillows, the rooms have a warm "guest house feel" and enjoy the afternoon sun. Often at sunset and sunrise you will get the opportunity to see the kangaroo's grazing at your front door.

Dining at Tuscany Wine Estate The Mill Restaurant is the toast of the Hunter Valley and specialises in contemporary Australian cuisine. Bask on the verandah with a group of friends for a long, lazy lunch, or enjoy a romantic dinner for two by the warmth of the open fireplace. The Mill Restaurant at Tuscany Wine Estate is uniquely Australian. With lashings of timber, polished floors and corrugated iron, the interior resembles a rustic tin shed. An open fireplace and soft lighting set the mood for the evening while by day, the view across the vineyards and gardens to the Brokenback Ranges is awe-inspiring. The extensive wine list consists of exquisite Hunter Valley wines and most of the produce is sourced locally as well. The result - a quintessentially "Hunter" dining experience. Conferences Conferences and meetings are catered for in the Resort's Conference Centre. Tuscany Wine Estate has The Mill conference Room suitable to cater for 120 persons in Theatre Style, 100 persons for a Dinner function and up to 60 persons in a U shape style. The Estate also has a smaller meeting Villa comfortably catering for 30 persons in Theatre Style. The Conservatory will also offer an ideal location for a dinner for 40 persons and is overlooking the swimming pool in the main building. All venues are designed for the corporate market with state of the art equipment and facilities prepared by professional and dedicated staff offering personalised service to ensure your business event is highly successful and will be well remembered. We are able to provide five different locations for lunches and morning or afternoon teas and for dinner you have the choice of Brokenback BBQ and Tapas Bar, the Mill Restaurant or the Conservatory.

Conference Facilities
Tuscany Wine estate is located on 26 acres, with more than half-suitable for a variety of outside recreational possibilities. We are opposite The Hermitage Winery (McGuigan's) and Bluetongue Brewery, and both could form the basis for team building activities. Within 20 minutes drive we have four Golf courses (two within 10 minutes) and we also have access to a number of Team building companies who can offer specific training.

Conference Coordinators who have been including team building, bonding and mediation elements have without exception commented upon the success of this aspect of their stay. The combination of the unique tranquillity (kangaroos, possums, wild ducks are regular inhabitants) of Tuscany, integrated with our very modern facilities, truly superb food, with diverse and varying elements/activities on our doorstep, provides a most unique and successful recipe.
