The Hinterland View Suites offer a stunning hinterland outlook just a short walk uphill from the main reception and our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek.
Each suite features a queen-sized bedroom with a separate ensuite and lounge room with a fold-out sofa bed (charges apply for use of this feature).
All suites also feature their own private balcony, the perfect place to relax, unwind and admire the peace and quiet of this unique destination. There is one also one interconnecting Hinterland View Suite ideal for a family or groups of 6-8 guests.
Peppers Coorabell - Rainforest Suites
Nestled within the rainforest, the Rainforest Suites are within an easy walk of the main reception and our onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek. Offering the same configuration and decor as the Hillside Suites, these accommodations are perfectly suited to two guests with a sofa bed also available (additional charges apply).
There is also one interconnecting Rainforest Suite ideal for a family or groups of 6-8 guests. Disabled facilities are featured in two rooms however only one features an access ramp.

Dining at Peppers Coorabell Retreat - Byron Hinterland
At the centre of Peppers Coorabell Retreat lies our signature onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek. Offering beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding hinterland and rainforest, Wilson’s by the Creek boasts a high pitched ceiling and spacious surrounds setting a tranquil dining atmosphere that continues out onto the balcony, the perfect dining setting during the warmer months.
In the tradition of Peppers’ reputation for gourmet food and wine, Wilson’s by the Creek serves exquisite modern Australian cuisine under the direction of Head Chef, Michelle Hewitt. The menu is created daily using the freshest local produce available in the Byron Bay region and most fresh herbs together with many fruits are grown on the property.
Wilson’s by the Creek is fully licensed and open daily for continental breakfast and dinner daily for in-house guests only. Wheelchair access is also available. Wilson’s on the Creek is also available for small groups and events. Breakfast: 8am - 10am Dinner: last orders at 8pm

At Peppers Coorabell Retreat we can cater for up to 70 delegates onsite within our selection of 18 recently refurbished Hinterland View and Rainforest Suites.
