At Peppers Hidden Vale, South East Queensland Country, you will have the opportunity to experience all that the Australian outback has to offer, without compromising on luxury.

Peppers Hidden Vale is designed in the style of a traditional Australian homestead from a bygone era with the main guest lounge, reception, restaurant and bar located in the original Homestead. Scattered amongst beautiful country gardens are elegantly restored cottages dating back to the 1800's and converted into luxury guest accommodation. The individual cottages all have a distinctive character ranging from a quaint Chinese cottage built in the late 1800's to a six bedroom cottage which was formally the Station Manager's home.

All 30 deluxe guest rooms and suites offer panoramic views of the surrounding picturesque mountains and valleys from large verandahs.

In addition to the luxury rooms located around the homestead, Peppers Hidden Vale also offers an adventurous overnight camping experience at our secluded cabins located two hours by horseback or 30 minutes by 4WD from the Homestead.

Cottage Rooms Cottage Rooms feature television, mini bar refrigerator and a separate bathroom with shower. Room configuration comprises of either a double or queen bed.

Valley Rooms Valley Rooms are spacious rooms which feature television, mini bar refrigerator and a separate bathroom with shower. Some of the Valley Rooms have entry sitting rooms. Room confirguration comprises of either queen or king beds.

Junior Suite The Junior Suite is an elegant cottage which was built in 1880 by Chinese workers. The Junior Suite decore is Asian in style and features spa bath and veranda. Room configuration comprises of one king size bed.

Heritage Suite Heritage Suites are individual suites which feature sitting room, fireplace, luxury amenities and spa bath. Room configuration comprises of one king size bed.

Luxury Suite Luxury Suites are stunning spacious cottage style rooms which feature seperate lounge room, modern facilities such as large plasma televisions, DVD and CD players, French doors leading out onto a wide verandah offering privacy and superb views. Luxury Suites are styled in contemporary cream and beige furnishings. Room confirguration comprises of either queen or king beds.

The Cabins
The bush cabins are located 30 minutes by 4WD and up to 2 hours on foot or horseback from the retreat. Escape to peace and tranquillity for an evening to add to your Peppers Hidden Vale experience.

Dining at Peppers Manor House Cotton's Restaurant offers fine dining and gourmet cuisine in a relaxing, intimate atmosphere with beautiful views over the surrounding valley and mountain ranges. Our innovative menu highlights fresh produce that South East Queensland is famed for matched with a superb wine list. Cotton's is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cotton's is fully licensed and open to the public for private, group and social functions including weddings.

Clay Target Shooting - Have you ever wanted to try firing a shotgun? Do you think you've got a good eye? Try your skills at our shooting range. All range fire is fully supervised and instructions are given to all participants. No shooting experience is needed as expert advice is offered in all cases. All group sizes are accommodated.

4WD Tours - Peppers Hidden Vale Station boasts beautiful scenery and stunning mountain ranges with 4WD tracks taking you to the crest of them! Allow one of our experienced tour guides to lead you on an adventure encompassing the entire property.

Mountain Bike Riding - Explore the property on one of our mountain bikes. We accommodate for all fitness levels with various tracks on the property. Overnight Accommodation at the Cabins - Travel to these beautiful cabins that are situated at the foot of the 'Little Liverpool Range' in a quiet valley. Situated 9km from the retreat, the cabins can accommodate up to 16 guests in this stunning setting. They can be reached by 4WD, mountain bikes, trekking on foot, by horseback or even helicopter!
