Anglers Arms is a cozy 2 bedroom lakefront house set on the shores of Lake Eucumbene. The open plan kitchen,
dining and large lounge room contain a slow combustion fire (wood supplied) to keep you cosy. The kitchen is
fully equipped with microwave and the house also has a separate sun room, washing machine, video and DVD player.
Doonas, blankets and pillows are supplied so all you need to bring is your own linen for 6 x single beds, towels and tea towels.

Anglers reach Lakeside Village offers an awesome location right on the shores of beautiful Lake Eucumbene and just 10 minutes from the township of Adaminaby. The village has self contained cabins and lodge style accommodation and can sleep 2-20 persons in various bedding configurations. All cabins and lodges have ensuite bathrooms, cooking facilities, gas heating and free to air satellite television. Linen including doonas, blankets, pillows and electric blankets are supplied. Other facilities include a shared coin laundry, toboggans, snow chains and ski clothing hire.

Cheryll’s on the Peninsula

Cheryll’s on the Peninsula is a beautiful fully self contained 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located on Peninsula road at Anglers Reach. Cheryll’s boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities including microwave and dishwasher. The large living area is complemented by high quality furniture, a wood heater ( wood supplied), satellite television and videos- a great place to get together and relax at the end of a busy day on the Selwyn slopes. The house will sleep 8 persons in 3 bedrooms- 1x Queen, 1x Double, 1x Double sofa and 2x singles beds. Doonas, blankets and pillows are supplied. A washing machine and dryer are available to use at your leisure. For your security Cheryll’s on the Peninsula has a car garage with internal access to the house. A games room with bar fridge and coin operated pool table is a great getaway place for nightly entertainment. All you need to bring is sheets, towels and tea towels.

|
Elliott Cottage is a lovely cottage suitable for 4-6 Adults in a Queen bed and 4x singles. All you need to bring is sheets and towels as doona’s, electric blankets and pillows are supplied. The bathroom has toilet and show facilities. Elliot Cottage has satellite television and video player for nightly entertainment after a heavy day on the Selwyn slopes. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience and off street parking is also available at the cottage.

Fibber’s Lodge-Unit

Fibbers Lodge-Unit is a fully self contained beautifully renovated 1 bedroom with alcove unit located on the lakefront in Anglers Reach with breathtaking views of Lake Eucumbene. This unit can comfortably cater for 2-4 persons in a Queen room and 2x single beds in the alcove. All you need to bring is your own sheets, towels and tea towels as quality doona’s and pillows are provided. Self catering is easy in the fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven. A slow combustion wood fire (wood supplied) and electric heating provide a warm ambience throughout this unit. A new tiled bathroom with shower and toilet facilities is featured along with a spacious lounge area boasting a television and DVD player. Finnish Cottage is a Scandanavian style 2 bedroom cottage. Very comfortable split level house to suit couples or families, sleeping up to 5 people with 2 Double and 2 Single Beds. There are beautiful views, with bushland at your back door and Lake Eucumbene over the road. Ideal for fishing, skiing and very quiet location.
The cottage has all you need for a fantastic holiday, with a sauna, slow combustion wood fire (with wood provided),
fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, wood fired pizza oven and microwave, television and DVD in lounge,
main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Doonas and pillows are provided so

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern facilities including a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher to make catering for the family a breeze. !0 persons can be accommodated in 2x queen rooms, and 6x single beds with 2x bathrooms to share. All you need to bring is sheets and towels as doona’s, blankets and pillows are provided. A washing machine and dryer and large drying rack are available for your convenience. A barbecue (wood supplied) and double carport are located at the rear entry.

Relax on the large deck overlooking lake Eucumbene and soak in the magnificent mountain views of grassy clad summer hills or white snow covered peaks. Kanangra Lodge has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, fully equipped with modern facilities including a microwave and high quality furniture just like home. The spacious lounge room and downstairs rumpus room have wood heaters (wood supplied) and are the ideal retreat at the end of a long day on the snow slopes. You can watch the satellite television, video or a DVD to unwind and relax .A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. Doona’s, blankets and pillows are supplied but you do need to bring sheets, towels, tea towels and pillow slips. A double garage is suitable for your vehicles and comes with the
lodge.

Rainbow Lodge is a new two storey deluxe house, boasting very modern décor, located right in Anglers Reach on the shores of Lake Eucumbene.
This lake front home has 4 x large bedrooms with 2 x bathrooms downstairs with shower, basin and toilet and a 3rd bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, basin and toilet. This home is ideal for adults travelling together but enjoying privacy in separate bedrooms when required as three of the rooms are queen size and the 4th room has 4x single beds- a great property for group rentals. The spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar leaves plenty of room for meals and relaxing after a hard day on the ski slopes.

From the house and the covered deck you can enjoy panoramic mountain and lake views and watch the kangaroos have their evening drink on the lake edge. This house can sleep 2-5 persons in a double room, double bunk and 1x single bed. All you need to bring is your own sheets, towels and tea towels as doona’s, pillows and extra blankets are supplied. Snowgums has a modern bathroom with shower facilities and separate toilet, large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. The place to relax is the lounge room with slow combustion heater (wood provided) and electric heater both giving a warm atmosphere to the entire house. At the end of a long day on the slopes you can entertain yourselves by watching satellite free to air television, DVD or a video. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience and the double garage with direct house access is a blessing on snowy
