APVC Pinnacle Valley Resort Grand Mercure is the perfectly integrated resort for both summer and winter holiday getaways. It's your exclusive escape into environmentally sensitive surroundings. The Hotel complex is designed around a natural light filled Atrium and this architecturally designed multi-award winning resort offers various styles of accommodation to cater for couples on a weekend getaway, honeymooners or families on an extended holiday.

After recent renovations to our hotel accommodation options now consist of Studio Rooms, One Bedroom Apartments, and Deluxe Chalets, all of which have either kitchenette of kitchen facilities.

Studio Room - King size bed, ensuite, remote control television, direct dial phone, tea/coffee making facilities, AUSTAR channels, alarm clock, air-conditioning and heating, kitchenette, tables and chairs.

One Bedroom Apartment - Queen size bed, ensuite, remote control television, air conditioning and heating, direct dial phone, alarm clock, tea/coffee making facilities, table and chairs and adjoining lounge/kitchen with sofa bed, oven, microwave and fridge.

Standard Chalets - Master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with single bed and pull out trundle, 3rd bedroom (upstairs) 2 single beds. Kitchentte/lounge area with mini fridge, hotplates, microwave, all cooking utensils and cutlery.

Deluxe Chalet - Master bedroom with king bed, television/DVD and private ensuite bathroom with large bath, 2nd bedroom (upstairs) with king bed (can be split into 2 singles) ensuite. Lounge area with enclosed fireplace, large television with DVD, stereo with CD, fold out sofa. Full kitchen with all crockery, cutlery cooking utensils and glassware.

Peaks Restaurant - now located in the Reception Centre, with the best views of Mount Buller and the surrounding Victorian High Country. Experience an exciting and mouth watering menu catering for all ages and tastes.

Boutique - Various items are available from the boutique located at reception. These mainly involve basic toiletries, newspapers, postcards, souvenirs and clothing.

Games Room - located on the lower level of the reception centre-open from 8am-8pm. Why not test your skills on our table tennis and pool tables, or perhaps the computer games and pinball machines? Table tennis bats and board games are available at Reception.

Laundry facilities - For our guests convenience we have a guest laundry facility including washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities. Detergent is available at reception.

Gymnasium - located on the ground floor of the Reception Centre is open from 8am-8pm daily. Modern equipment includes:- two electronic stationary bikes; an electronic treadmill and electronic step machine, free weights and a five station weights machine. A television is in the gymnasium for guest's pleasure. There is a strict rule of no smoking, no eating and no glass in the gymnasium. Adults must accompany children at all times.

Mini-golf - a magnificent 18 hole course has been built beside the pool area and provides hours of fun for all in house guests at no charge. Score cards, putters and balls are available from reception.

Paddle Boats - are available on our lake to all in-house guests at no charge. The Resort recommends the use of life jackets, which are situated at reception. Swimming Pool - approximately four feet deep at both ends and seven feet in the middle. In summer time the pool is heated by the solar panels on the roof of the main building and has an average temperature of 22 degrees Celsius.

Tennis Court - has a plexi-pave surface and is available to all in house guests free of charge. All guests must make a booking at the reception desk to utilise the court. Rackets and balls are also available at the desk for no charge. The court is flood lit until 10pm at which time it will automatically turn itself off. It is very important that only white sole shoes be worn on the tennis court.

Volley-Ball Court - situated above the stables at the edge of the State Forest you will find our full size sand volleyball court. Balls are available from reception.

From Melbourne - (west) to APVC Pinnacle Valley Resort Grand Mercure - estimated travel time from Melbourne (CBD and surrounds): 2¼ to 2½ hours

Travel along the Maroondah Highway and follow the signs to Mansfield. Continue on towards Mt Buller until the APVC Pinnacle Valley Resort Grand Mercure sign appears. If you get to the gate entry of Mt Buller you have gone too far.
