Transfers to Brampton Island
There are three ways to get to Brampton Island
1. Daily launch transfers from Mackay (except Christmas Day) with courtesy coach airport transfers once a day. The launch transfer takes 75 minutes.

2. Helicopter transfer - these are timed to co-ordinate with the majority of daylight flights arriving and departing at Mackay Airport. The scenic flight takes 15-20 minutes.

3. Mid State Airlines can offer a charter service - with direct flights to Brampton Island from Mackay, Shute Harbour/Airlie Beach and Hamilton Island. Take advantage of this transfer option and experience the magic of the Whitsundays from the air.
