05.00am - (approx) - Pick-up at your hotel by a Hot Air Cairns coach for your special package tour. One hour transfer and pickup times confirmed on booking.

06.30am - Experience the fun and unique sensation of hot air ballooning in the Atherton Tablelands, Australia. We fly at Mareeba in the Cairns Highlands (previously called the Atherton Tablelands). Enjoy the picturesque landscape at sunrise and 30 minutes flying time. Breathe in the wide-open spaces! We have Australia’s largest fleet of balloons and a fun and highly trained crew to maximise the fun of your morning. N.B. This ballooning flight is an extended 60 minutes (taken as two separate balloon flights of 30 minutes one directly after the other).

08.00am - Return and landing, hot air balloon pack-up and lots of laughs.

08.30am - Come down to earth and enjoy breakfast at Tjapukai Cultural Park (Cairns passengers), champagne, fresh juices, eggs and bacon, tropical fruits and a hot and cold buffet is all yours as you relax and look over the Skyrail valley. Port Douglas breakfast will be taken in Port Douglas unless nominated in advance. You have a choice of hot dishes, tea and coffee, juices and finish approx 10am – still time to take a trip to the Great Barrier Reef.

10.00am - Return transfers to your accommodation, or other places around town. Just let us know the day before where you would like to go or which tour you would like to connect to and we will be happy to do it.

Note: Flight Times and One Hour Flight - Products offering a one hour flight such as the C60, PD60 and LX60 will only be offered as two separate, concurrent 30 minute flights taken one directly after the other with a short changeover in the between the two flights. They are not offered as a continuous one hour flight time and no agent or staff member has the ability to waive this arrangement. It is an operational restriction, and benefits mean that the customer will experience two landings and two takeoffs which are often the highlight of the experience.
