• To marry in Australia you must be 18 years or over.
• Certificate of intent to marry to be obtained from your nearest Australian Consulate, Australian Courthouse and be signed in person by both parties. Hot Air can also supply it for you.

• If divorced your decree absolute

Note: The intent to marry form must be received in Australia a minimum of one month and one working day prior to the wedding date. Original copies of birth certificate and passports to be sighted by the celebrant on day of ceremony.
