There are three floors of beautifully designed and furnished two bedroom apartments with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The bathroom features a separate bath and shower and a hairdryer. The toilet is located in a separate room. Each apartment has colour a television, video player and free Austar Satellite TV. Every apartment has its own private balcony and all have ocean views. Undercover security car and boat parking is accessible via the lift which operates to all floors of accommodation. Majority of apartments have reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The penthouse apartments each have their own private rooftop entertainment area with individual barbecues and outdoor furniture. Three penthouse apartments also have their own private rooftop 4 person heated, therapeutic spa. Alexander Luxury Apartments is opposite the beach at the quiet end of the Esplanade where the views of the Bay and Fraser Island are unspoilt. Hervey Bay's landmark, the Urangan Pier is a popular fishing spot and is only 1 kilometre away. The sandy beach offers safe, calm swimming and activities such as canoeing, sailing, water skiing and jet skiing are at your doorstep.
