Smiggin Holes - NEW SOUTH WALES

 

A popular part of the Perisher Blue Ski Resort lying a mere kilometre away from the larger village of Perisher Valley, with which it shares many facilities. Smiggins, as it is affectionately known, is situated 1675m above sea level with lifts going as high as 1925m and it claims to have the best beginners ski run in Australia as well as excellent facilities for more advanced skiers. Accommodation is available all year round. Summer is also a great time to visit Smiggin Holes for trout fishing, horse riding, bush walking, mountain biking or a leisurely scenic drive.

Heidis Chalet and Snowy Gums - Heidi's Chalet boasts the perfect position - on snow accommodation directly opposite the ski lifts at Smiggin Holes, gateway to the Perisher Blue Resort. Snowy Gums offers the perfect "on snow alpine experience" for everyone, nestled amongst the snow gums at Smiggin Holes.
