Terms and Conditions:

Please read these conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Total Luxury Australia.

A minimum security deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation of booking. Any booking not deposited with us by this time may automatically cancel without notification to you. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking.

Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel:
Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel must provide a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. If the booking is available exactly as requested full payment will automatically be taken.

Minimum value bookings:
Any booking with a full value less than $500 must be paid in full within 7 days of confirmation of the booking.

Final Payment:
Final payment is due 45 days prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued until final payment has been received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at time of booking.

The price of your travel is not guaranteed until deposit payment has been received by Total Luxury Australia.

Direct deposit is the preferred payment option for Total Luxury Australia.

Card fees:
Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts: 2% to Mastercard, Visa and American Express

Payments made by cheques or direct deposit do not attract any fees – unless a direct deposit is made from outside Australia to Total Luxury Australia – in this case a $20 bank administration fee is charged on each deposit.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation of your booking prior to payment of deposit incurs no fee. Cancellation of your booking after payment of a deposit or full payment is made will incur a fee.  This fee will include an administration charge plus any additional fees imposed by a property or tour/cruise operator.

Amendment/late booking Fees:
If you amend a deposited booking a minimum administration fee of $25.00 will be applied.

If you amend your booking after final payment and documents are issued, an administration fee of $50.00 plus 5% of the refund amount may be charged per booking. This is in addition to any cancellation fees applied by accommodation and tour/cruise operators (if applicable).

Late Booking fee:
A late booking fee of $50.00 may be charged if the booking is made within 72hours prior to travel. This depends on the amount of administration work involved, and if applicable you will be notified at time of your reservation.

Any alteration of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalty charges.

No refunds will be made for services once travel has commenced. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available. Refunds will not be available for bookings in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised after travel has commenced. These may be claimed through your travel insurance.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking and paying your deposit, you purchase a comprehensive travel Insurance policy of your choice. They can protect you against your inability to proceed with your travel plans for a wide variety of reasons.   Total Luxury Australia can offer assistance in obtaining a travel insurance policy to suit your financial & travel requirements.

Travel and Accommodation:
Total Luxury Australia is not itself a travel operator and the travel components included in your travel are provided by reputable operators on their own conditions. Please note that all bookings with Total Luxury Australia are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the various service providers involved in your travel booking, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

Descriptions provided by us are based on information supplied by operators and suppliers. Any facilities included are subject to change at any time. Photographs shown may not be specific to the actual room provided. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is deposited.  Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars & will not include any taxes that are required to be paid directly to accommodation &/or tour/cruise operators (eg National Park Fees, additional person fees etc)

The services sold through Total Luxury Australia are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Access to this site and any site normally linked to this site is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of communication links and access rights.

It is essential that you enter details of each traveller correctly and according to passport or other identification. Some suppliers will deny carriage if the travellers name varies from your booking and may cancel automatically if the travellers name is amended. Total Luxury Australia has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from incorrect entry of travellers name and inability to travel as a result of carriers policies.

Total Luxury Australia has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our web sites as at the time of compilation, however as this information is supplied by the relevant accommodation & tour/cruise operators it accepts not responsibility for any inaccuracy or mis-description  displayed on the website or any publication by Total Luxury Australia.  Prices and taxes quoted are subject to availability and change without prior notification.
